CSK vs DC, IPL 2026: Live streaming, head-to-head, pitch and weather report

New Delhi: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) would be hoping to finally open their account in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 when they face-off against Delhi Capitals (DC) at their home ground on Saturday, April 11.

Out of the three IPL matches played so far, the Super Kings have lost all of them and are languishing at the bottom of the 10-team table. Nothing has worked for the five-time champions till now, though they have come close to a win on couple of occasions but have failed to cross the final hurdle.

In some hope for the franchise, batter Dewald Brevis, who missed the first three matches, has been declared fit for Saturday’s game. The team would be hoping for Brevis to fire in the game and make some impact. Meanwhile, CSK veteran MS Dhoni will still be out of action, hopefully joining the team in the later stages.

For Delhi Capitals, who suffered their first loss in the 19th edition of the league against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) on Friday, this will be an opportunity to up their game further and notch up another win. Delhi are currently placed at the fourth spot with two wins and a lone loss in three matches.

Pitch and weather report

As maximum matches of the IPL 2026 have been, fans should expect another high-scoring encounter in Chepauk on April 11. The surface in the ground has been favourable towards the batters but the sticky wicket can also aid the spinners.

As far as the weather is concerned, it will be a bit breezy in the city on Saturday with temperature expected to be around 28 degree Celsius. But rai  is not expected to play a spoilsport during the game.
