Cristiano Ronaldo once again was mocked by Al-Hilal fans during Al-Nassr’s match against them in the Saudi Pro League on Friday.
Ronaldo has been in sublime touch in the ongoing season and has scored nine goals in all competitions.
Having witnessed several ups and downs during his time at the Al-Nassr so far, Ronaldo has repeatedly found himself targeted by chants of Lionel Messi’s name from supporters of opponent team during his time in Saudi.
A similar instance was witnessed during the match between rivals Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal fixture which ended in a 1-1 draw.
Ronaldo took the comments from Al-Hilal fans in good nature, responding only with a cheeky thumbs up.

Ronaldo, Marcelo Brozovic and Sadio Mane all booked for the hosts in the first half. As both teams returned to the tunnel at the break, Ronaldo made his feelings clear as he approached match official Felix Zwayer.
‘We receive three yellow cards. Al Hilal have zero.’ Ronaldo could be heard saying to the referee. ‘Be fair for both teams!’
In one instance following Al-Nassr’s win over Al-Shabab in February Ronaldo responded by making an obscene gesture towards his pelvis that later saw him handed a one-match ban and fined 10,000 riyals ($2,081).
Despite taking an early lead on the back of Talisca’s goal, Al-Nassr couldn’t emerge victorious as Sergej Milinkovic-Savic equalised for the table toppers in the 77th minute.
Following the game Ronaldo wrote on social media: ‘The battle is far from over. Thank you all for the support today!’
Ronald-led Al-Nassr their unbeaten start but they remain six points behind Al-Hilal after drawing four of their opening nine fixtures.
Ronaldo stands third in the list of top goal-scorers with six goals under his belt in the league with Aleksandar Mitrovic (10 goals) and Karim Benzema (8 goals) being the top two.
On the other hand, Al-Nassr are placed third in the standings on the back five wins and 19 points after nine matches so far.
