MONTREAL (AP) – Charlie Coyle scored two goals as the Columbus Blue Jackets secured a critical 5-2 victory against the Montreal Canadiens on Saturday night, maintaining their push for a playoff spot.
Alongside Coyle, Boone Jenner, Sean Monahan, and Kirill Marchenko contributed goals, while Jet Greaves made 20 saves. Columbus aims to qualify for the playoffs for the first time since 2020, currently trailing the Philadelphia Flyers by two points in the Metropolitan Division.
