A historic meeting of the Congress Working Committee (CWC), the top policy -making unit of the Congress party, is going to be held in Patna, the capital of Bihar on Wednesday. For the first time after independence, this meeting on the land of Bihar can prove to be a milestone for the party. This meeting, which is being held in Sadaqat Ashram in Patna, will not only decide the strategy of the Congress for the Bihar assembly elections, but will also work to give a strong message against the BJP across the country.
