Famous soft drink company Coca-Cola is now preparing to launch the IPO of its bottling company Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) in India. According to media reports, through this IPO the company can raise about 1 billion dollars i.e. about Rs 9,500 crore. According to the information, Coca-Cola has invited many big investment banks to present their plans to work in this IPO. There will be a presentation of these banks in London next week. In this entire process Rothschild & Co. She is working as an advisor to the company and will negotiate with potential banks.
According to reports, Coca-Cola wants a value of around $10 billion (about Rs 85,000 crore) for its Indian bottling company. However, this scheme is still in its initial stage. Therefore, many decisions like when the IPO will come, what will be its size, what will be the final value of the company and how many shares will be sold are still pending. All these things may change in the coming time. Currently Coca-Cola and Rothschild & Co. Has not made any official comment on this news.
Many foreign companies are entering

HCCB is one of the largest soft drink bottling companies in India. The company delivers its products to more than 17 lakh (1.7 million) retail stores across the country. Apart from this, more than 5,000 employees work in the company. The headquarters of the company is located in Bengaluru. HCCB has 14 manufacturing plants in 12 states and supplies Coca-Cola beverages to 236 districts in South as well as West India.
