Gorakhpur. Giving top priority to the welfare of the public, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath organized Janata Darshan at Gorakhnath temple on Monday despite severe cold and adverse weather. He met the common people directly and listened to their problems and assured them of solutions. The Chief Minister said, “Don’t panic, every problem will be solved, the government will provide full help.”

The Chief Minister heard the problems of about 150 people in the public darshan organized at Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan auditorium located in the Gorakhnath temple complex on Monday morning. He himself approached the people sitting on chairs and interacted with everyone one by one. While handing over the received application forms to the officials, the Chief Minister directed that every problem should be resolved in a timely, transparent and satisfactory manner.
Instructions for strict action in land grabbing cases
During the public darshan, some people complained about illegal occupation of the land. The Chief Minister gave clear instructions that if any bully or mafia is forcibly occupying the land, then strict legal action should be taken against him. Those who destroy the poor should not be spared under any circumstances. Where there is a need for measurement, the dispute should be resolved by getting the measurement done immediately.
Emphasis on resolution of family disputes through dialogue
In cases related to family disputes, the Chief Minister directed the officers to communicate with both the parties and make efforts towards a peaceful and practical solution, so that unnecessary tension and lengthy legal process can be avoided.

Some people had come to Janata Darshan demanding financial assistance for treatment. The Chief Minister assured him that lack of funds would not be a hindrance in treatment. He instructed the officials to prepare the treatment estimate from the hospital soon and send it to the government. Adequate financial assistance will be provided for treatment from the Chief Minister’s Discretionary Fund.
