CM Yogi Adityanath News: Founder’s Week Celebration-2025 of Maharana Pratap Education Council started in Gorakhpur. CM Yogi said that great men inspire us in national challenges.
Gorakhpur, December 4: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, at the inauguration of Maharana Pratap Shiksha Parishad’s Founder’s Week Celebration-2025, talked about Swadesh, Swadharma and national self-respect and said that whenever we are in crisis or there is a national challenge, the pictures of great men, their bravery and valor give new energy. The brave soldiers of Mother India who sacrificed their lives while protecting the borders including Maharana Pratap, Chhatrapati Shivaji, Guru Gobind Singh, Rani Laxmibai are an inspiration for the country.
- Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the identity of the nation is its culture, traditions and great men, they are connected to each other. If the culture of the nation disappears then the nation loses its unity and identity. Culture is formed by those national values, which have been strengthened and strengthened by different epochal events from time to time. Which the whole of India assimilates without any discrimination through various festivals. By ending differences in the festival, we demonstrate the expression of ‘Ek Bharat-Shrestha Bharat’. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that whenever we are in trouble, the bravery and valor of great men gives new energy.
Mahant Digvijaynath Maharaj was the founder
The Founder’s Week Celebration-2025 of Maharana Pratap Shiksha Parishad, established in Gorakhpur in 1932 by Mahant Digvijaynath Maharaj, was inaugurated by Lieutenant Yogendra Dimri (Retd.), Vice Chairman of Uttar Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath honored Prof. Smritishesh, who served as the Chairman of Maharana Pratap Education Council. Paid tribute to UP Singh and other deceased members.
This is an opportunity for introspection
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that Maharana Pratap Education Council is growing with the program of Centenary Mahotsav to be held within the next six years. In such a situation, the Education Council and institutions have an opportunity to introspect on this journey of 100 years. This ceremony is presenting an opportunity for introspection on how we have performed our role towards the all-round development of the students, society and nation. The huge goal that the founders of Maharana Pratap Education Council have set is also to evaluate from time to time our services and duties towards the society and the nation. Our founders set an ideal before the students in the form of Maharana Pratap.
Along with the vision of education, emphasis on health and agriculture
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the founders established Maharana Pratap Education Council to enhance their concept and spirit of building a developed India. Along with the vision of education, the Council is emphasizing on health, agriculture, technology through Maharana Pratap Institute of Technology, Maharana Pratap Polytechnic etc., while for women’s education, training of Annadata farmers, Mahayogi Gorakhnath Krishi Vigyan Kendra or Anna Sansthans are working along with increasing new efforts in remote areas.
Purpose of Founder’s Ceremony
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the purpose of the Founder’s Ceremony is that while expressing our gratitude to the founders, we can introspect on our duties and preparations and how we have to prepare ourselves to face the coming challenges. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that we will have to understand our responsibilities very well in building the future India. Institutions are trying to innovate every year while discharging their responsibilities.
Educational-training institutions will have to become the medium of model study.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath mentioned the release of research magazine ‘Digvijayam’ by Mahant Digvijaynath PG College and ‘Mission Manjhariya’ by Maharana Pratap PG College. He said that on one side there is an army of educated unemployed and on the other side there is a long gap of illiteracy. Maharana Pratap PG College has been seen in the role of a coordinator in this. Adopted by the students of the Faculty of Education here to further the goal of making the village 100% literate, they presented it as a model study. CM Yogi said that educational-training institutions will have to become a medium for model study.
Institutions are discharging responsibilities towards the nation
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that no unworthy word has been said for any human being in Indian culture. Unworthy means raising questions on his humanity. If a person is ineligible then it means no joiner. He said that incompetence and illiteracy raise questions on the educational society. CM Yogi mentioned the service spirit work done by all the educational-training institutions of the Council. Told that some leprosy home, some institute is adopting and teaching Tharu, Vantangiya students and some institute is discharging its responsibilities towards society and nation along with other responsibilities and this is also our service towards the nation.
