Three big MoUs worth Rs 6,650 crore were signed on the first day of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s visit to Singapore. Township will be established in Jewar, Logistics Park on Kanpur-Lucknow Highway and Data Center Park in Noida. More than 20 thousand jobs will be created through these.
Singapore/Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh has got a big investment success on the very first day of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s visit to Singapore. Universal Success Group has signed three important Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) for investment of Rs 6,650 crore in the state. These investments will be in strategic areas like group housing, logistics parks and hyperscale data centres. These three projects are expected to provide employment to more than 20 thousand people.
The Chief Minister informed the investors about Uttar Pradesh’s stable policies, better road-air connectivity and rapidly growing industrial infrastructure. He also invited the group to visit Lucknow for the data center project. The Chief Minister said that the state government will provide full support to investors at every level.
Yeida Township Project: International theme township worth Rs 3,500 crore near Jewar Airport
The first MoU is related to Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) area. An international theme based group housing township will be developed on 100 acres of land near Jewar International Airport. An investment of Rs 3,500 crore is proposed in this project. After its launch, about 12,000 people will get employment. The project is planned to start in 2027. This project will give a new identity to the rapidly developing urban area around Jewar Airport and strengthen the real estate sector.
Kanpur-Lucknow Highway Logistics Park: Investment of Rs 650 crore, 7,500 jobs
The second MoU is related to the development of logistics park on 50 acres of land on Kanpur-Lucknow Highway. An investment of Rs 650 crore is proposed in this project. This will provide employment to about 7,500 people. It is also planned to start in the year 2027. This logistics park will give impetus to the industrial activities and exports of Uttar Pradesh. It will also strengthen the supply chain and warehousing sector.
Noida HyperScale Data Centre: Data center investment of Rs 2,500 crore, 1,500 jobs
The third MoU pertains to the establishment of a hyperscale data center park in the Noida/Greater Noida region. A data center with 40 MW IT power capacity will be built on 10 acres of land. There will be an investment of Rs 2,500 crore in this project and around 1,500 people will get employment. This project is planned to be started in the year 2028. This investment is being considered a big step towards establishing Uttar Pradesh as a major data center hub of the country.
Uttar Pradesh Investment Boost: New strength to economy and employment
These three big MoUs signed on the first day of the Singapore tour are considered important towards strengthening the economy of Uttar Pradesh. These projects will give new impetus to urban development, strengthen the industrial infrastructure and create employment opportunities on a large scale.
