CM Yogi Adityanath launched a scathing attack on RJD-Congress in Saharsa during Bihar election campaign. Said- NDA has given a new identity to Bihar, now no one will be able to take it to the lantern era. Emphasis on Ram Mandir, development and heritage.

CM Yogi targets RJD-Congress: ‘We need burqa, not development’
CM Yogi said that when Bihar is creating a new identity with facilities like metro, rail connectivity, highways, expressways, airports and waterways, then RJD and Congress are trying to tarnish that identity.
He said, “These people do not talk about development but about burqa, so that they can rob the poor and Dalits of their rights by conducting fake voting.”
Taking a dig at the opposition, Yogi said, “Fake votes will be cast, but the face will not be shown. When traveling abroad, the photo will be visible on the passport, at the airport the face will be visible, but at the time of voting they will be told not to tease the burqa.”
He alleged that Congress and RJD are again conspiring to rob the rights of the poor.
‘Modi calls Bharat Parivar, Lalu calls Rabri Parivar’- CM Yogi
Yogi Adityanath, while attacking RJD and Congress, said, “Congress used to insult India during its rule, saying that Ram and Krishna never existed. They used to insult India and Indian culture, used to intrude and spread anarchy.”
He said that RJD did not develop Bihar but only the family, whereas NDA thinks about the whole of India. CM Yogi said-
Prime Minister Narendra Modi says that 140 crore Indians are my family, while Lalu Yadav says that Rabri Devi’s family is my family.
He also said that under the leadership of Nitish Kumar, Bihar has touched new heights in 20 years, the problem of floods has reduced and the pace of development has increased.
Benefits of schemes reaching the poor
CM Yogi said that earlier Congress and RJD used to loot money in the name of the poor. “Now the benefits of every scheme are reaching the poor, farmers and youth without any discrimination,” he said. Giving an example, Yogi said, “Earlier the money was distributed among the party leaders and their partners. Now Modi ji says that the one who robs the rights of the poor will go to jail.”
Giving the example of UP, he said that in Prayagraj, houses for the poor were built by bulldozing the bungalows occupied by the mafia. Similarly, all over Uttar Pradesh, land is being taken back from the mafia and houses are being given to the poor.
Only NDA can fight against mafia and anarchy
Yogi Adityanath said that only the NDA government and its workers have the power to fight against mafia, hooliganism, traitors and those spreading anarchy. He said that before 2005 the situation in Bihar was dire. “Young men hid their identities, farmers were forced to commit suicide, there was a lack of roads and hospitals,” he said. Taking aim at the RJD regime, he said, “They used to say that if you build a road then how will raw liquor be made.”
Chief Minister Yogi said that the NDA government has returned its identity to Bihar. “Now the double engine government is taking Bihar forward on the path of development at double speed,” he added.
‘Now no one will be able to take Bihar to the lantern era’- CM Yogi

Referring to Sitabadiyara, the birthplace of Jayaprakash Narayan, he said that a memorial was built there, a hospital was built in the name of his wife and the National Law University was established in the name of Dr. Rajendra Prasad in Prayagraj.
Yogi spoke on the construction of Ram temple and Janaki temple
Yogi Adityanath told Maa Janaki’s land that the land of Bihar and UP is a symbol of the faith and culture of Ram-Janaki. He said- ‘When we used to come to Bihar 8-10 years ago, people used to ask, when will the Ram temple be built in Ayodhya? We used to say – it will definitely be made. Congress and RJD used to say that it will never be built and today a grand Ram temple has been built in Ayodhya, Ram Darbar is present.
He further said that the construction of Maa Janaki temple has started in Bihar with a cost of Rs 900 crore.
Bihar’s rich heritage and national contribution
CM Yogi said that the heritage of Bihar is very rich. Whenever democracy is under threat, a new Jaiprakash Narayan from Bihar will stand up to save it.
Yogi reminded that Bihar gave birth to great leaders like Dr. Rajendra Prasad, who respected the culture and faith of the country by becoming the first President of independent India. He said, ‘When it came to the revival of Somnath temple, Pandit Nehru refused to go, but Rajendra Prasad lived and presented India’s cultural identity to the world.’
CM further said- ‘Today Prime Minister Modi is following the same tradition – he has honored the faith and heritage of India by laying the foundation stone of Ram temple in Ayodhya.’
