UP CM on women’s security: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has bluntly said that the security of women and daughters is the highest priority of the government and negligence will not be tolerated at any level. In recent times, on the unpleasant incidents that took place in some districts, the CM, while summoning the reply from the police captains, warned that if the laxity is found anywhere, the convicts will take strict action.

Instructions to activate anti -Romeo squad

The Chief Minister clearly stated that the activities of anti -Romeo squad should be made more effective in all districts. He directed that patrolling should be seen continuously in sensitive sites, markets, educational institutions and public places. Yogi said that it is the responsibility of the police to provide a fearless environment for women and girl students and no negligence will be accepted in it.

CM’s strictness on the incidents of districts

The Chief Minister expressed seriousness about some of the recently revealed incidents and took detailed information about the action taken so far from the concerned police officers. He said that quick and strict action should be ensured against the culprits, as compromise on the safety of women is unacceptable under any circumstances.

New phase of mission power from Navratri

Chief Minister Yogi informed that a new phase of Mission Shakti will start from the upcoming Shardiya Navratri. He instructed all the districts for comprehensive preparations from now on. Under this campaign, the safety, honor, self -reliance and sensitivity of women and daughters will be given priority.
