CM Yogi Adityanath gave strict instructions to the officials on the protection of festivals, cleanliness and law and order. Mission Shakti 5.0 will start from September 22, in which there will be special emphasis on women safety, traffic management and public facilities.
Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji instructed the officials to celebrate the upcoming festival with joy and enthusiasm. Also, their safety and convenience should be taken care of. He reviewed the preparations, cleanliness and law and order for the festival-festivals in a high-level meeting held on Friday.
The meeting attended the meeting through video conferencing, the Mandalayukta, District Magistrate, Police Commissioner, Additional Director General of Police, Inspector General of Police, Deputy Inspector General and other senior officials. The Chief Minister also took information about departmental preparations from all the Principal Secretaries and Additional Chief Secretary.
Mission Shakti 5.0
The Chief Minister said that the Mission Shakti program of the state government is a symbol of the safety, honor and self -reliance of women. From September 22, the Mission Shakti 5.0 will begin on the first day of Sharadiya Navratri, which will last for a month.
- On September 21, a bike rally will be organized in every district by women police personnel.
- From September 22, Anti Romeo Squad will take action on mahdas in public places and schools.
- Women beat officers will make people aware of women safety and government schemes in villages.
- Pink booths will remain active.
- Women who do good work in Mission Shakti Abhiyan will be honored at the state and district level.
Better law and order preparations for festivals
CM Yogi said that in the past years, festivals have been endowed with peace and harmony in the past years with better law and order and public cooperation. The upcoming festivals such as Pitra Visarjan, Sharadiya Navratri, Vijayadashami, Gandhi Jayanti, Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti, Agarsan Jayanti, Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti, Deepotsav, Deepawali, Dev Deepavali and Chhath Mahaparva of Kashi are also endowed peacefully.
He said that at this time the entire administrative team will have to be 24 × 7 alert. Strict action should be taken on miscreants and chaotic elements.
Strict monitoring on social media and rumors
Chief Minister Yogi asked the officials to keep an eye on social media. Strict action should be taken against fake accounts and rumors. The correct facts through digital media should be exposed on time. On any sensitive matter, senior officials immediately reached the spot and handle the situation themselves.
Special plan for traffic and security
A separate plan should be made in every city in view of the traffic situation during festivals. Small phenomena can cause a big controversy due to negligence, so additional vigilance is necessary. Protected action and dialogue can prevent unpleasant events.
Cleanliness and basic facilities
The Municipal Development and Panchayati Raj Department will make special efforts to maintain cleanliness throughout the state during festivals.
- Cleanliness and drinking water should be ensured in temples.
- Power supply should be uninterrupted according to the roster.
- Road repair and renewal should be completed on time so that people do not have trouble.
Health services and emergency arrangements
- Health services should be constantly available during festivals.
- There should be adequate supply of medicines in hospitals.
- Snake venom and rabies injections are available everywhere.
- Relief kit and drought ration reached every needy in flood affected districts.
- In case of loss of life, the family should be compensated in 24 hours.
- Flood -affected families should be given housing at high places and this house should be in the name of the female head.
- The system of cow-shelter sites should be improved.
- Compost and fertilizer should be made available to farmers in time.
Complaint disposal and public hearing
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that there should be a time -bound solution to complaints coming through IGRS, Complete Solution Day, CM Helpline and other means. Officers should review the events daily.
Developed India-Developed Uttar Pradesh 2047 campaign
CM Yogi Adityanath said that under the developed India -developed Uttar Pradesh 2047 campaign, more than 300 scholars are interacting with people in districts. Similarly, suggestions will be taken from the public by identifying 5 to 10 scholars in every district.
