Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of 13 development works at a cost of Rs 40.89 crore in Farsabahar area of Jashpur district. These include projects related to roads, hostels, restrooms and sanitation facilities.
Raipur. Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai today inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of 13 development works to be built at a cost of Rs 40 crore 89 lakh 26 thousand for the overall development of Farsabahar area of Jashpur district. These include inauguration of 4 works worth Rs 4 crore 16 lakh 41 thousand and bhoomi pujan of 9 works costing Rs 36 crore 72 lakh 85 thousand.

The four development works inaugurated by Chief Minister Shri Sai include-
- Road construction from Maskamara to Lavakera Main Road (1.70 km), cost Rs 1 crore 81 lakh 32 thousand.
- Ambakchar approach road (1.00 km), cost Rs 1 crore 29 lakh 56 thousand.
- Construction of RCC culvert from Sinhtola Deepak Ghar to Main Road, cost Rs 10 lakh.
- Mundadih approach road (0.90 km), cost Rs 95 lakh 53 thousand.
Through these projects, there will be a major improvement in road connectivity and transportation facilities in the area.
Bhoomipujan of 9 development works
The Chief Minister performed the Bhoomi Pujan of 9 major works at a cost of Rs 36 crore 72 lakh 85 thousand, which include –
- Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant, cost Rs 31 lakh 38 thousand.
- Road construction from Pamshala to Saraitola (11.50 km), cost Rs 23 crore 96 lakh 94 thousand.
- Construction of rest house building in Farsabahar, cost Rs 1 crore 72 lakh 55 thousand.
- Prof.Ma. Construction of Tribal Boys Hostel Kolhenjharia building, cost Rs 1 crore 91 lakh 51 thousand.
- Prof.Ma. Construction of Tribal Boys Hostel Farsabahar building, cost Rs 1 crore 91 lakh 51 thousand.
- Pre.Ma. Construction of Tribal Boys Hostel Lavakera Building, cost Rs 1 crore 52 lakh 97 thousand.
- Pre.Ma. Construction of Tribal Boys Hostel Pandaripani Building, cost Rs 1 crore 52 lakh 97 thousand.
- Prof.Ma. Construction of Tribal Boys Hostel Pandripani building, cost Rs 1 crore 91 lakh 51 thousand.
- Pre.Ma. Construction of Tribal Boys Hostel Tapkara Building, cost Rs 1 crore 91 lakh 51 thousand.
These works will give a new direction to education, infrastructure and sanitation facilities in the area.
