Bharat Partition Vibhishika Diwas: A seminar was organized at the Mahant Ghasidas Museum on the occasion of Partition Vibhishika Day. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai described Partition as a painful chapter of history and emphasized the honor of the tricolor.
Raipur News: In the National Seminar, Partition of India Vibhishika Divas held at the Muktakash Manch of the Mahant Ghasidas Museum, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said that the partition of India is such a painful chapter of history, whose pain is still felt today. At that time millions of people had to get away from their family and motherland. There was an atmosphere of violence and unrest in many places. Some people were able to return safely, but many could not reach their homes. Incidents like Amritsar station are still reminiscent of that difficult period. The Chief Minister said that those who came to India after partition, made a new beginning with courage and hard work, which is inspiring.
Tribute on Dilip Singh Judeo’s death anniversary
The Chief Minister said that August 14 is also the death anniversary of late Dilip Singh Judeo ji. He made a significant contribution as Minister of State in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government. His personality was huge and nature philanthropist. The culture defense conference and reception ceremony were held on his death anniversary in Dharamjaigarh.
Honoring the tricolor every citizen’s duty
The Chief Minister said that we have got freedom from difficult struggle and sacrifice, so it is our duty to respect the tricolor. On the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on the occasion of Independence Day, every house tricolor and tricolor visits have created an atmosphere of unity and enthusiasm throughout the country.
Learning from the events of division of the keynote speakers
The main speaker, thinker and writer Dr. Sadanand Sapre said that the events of partition are an important part of history and we have to strengthen the unity and integrity of India together.
Presiding over the program, Dr. Yudhishthira Lal Maharaj said that we should also remember the pain, displacement and challenges of the time of partition as well as the time of partition. Many communities, including Sikh and Sindhi society, had to leave their family and migrate at that time, which was a major humanitarian crisis.
