CM Mohan Yadav Devtalaab Shiva Temple: CM Mohan Yadav worshiped in Devtalab Shiva temple and wished the progress of the state. He observed Shivkund and praised the clarinet playing of artist Bankelal.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav visited Lord Shiva at the Devtalab Shiva temple in Mauganj district on Sunday and offered prayers. CM Mohan Yadav also performed Rudrabhishek of Lord Ashutosh. The Chief Minister wished Lord Shiva for the continuous progress and public welfare of the state. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav visited Shivkund and said that the best work should be done on it. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav praised the shehnai playing of international artist Bankelal in the temple premises in a tremendous manner.
Actually, in Vindhya Ki Dhara, Devtalab Shiva Temple in Mauganj district has a special place. It is said that Lord Vishwakarma built the Shiva temple with the same stone in only one night. The Devtalab Shiva temple located on the Rewa-Banaras highway is crowded with devotees throughout the year. There has been a tradition in the Vindhya that the journey of Badrinath and the fourdham is found only when Lord Shiva is seen in Devtalab. Even after the Chardham Yatra, people definitely go to Devtalab.
