Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Saturday inquired about the flood situation from the State situation room. He also saw how the Ganesh idols are being immersed. The CM directed the officials to remain alert.
Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Saturday inquired about the circumstances arising due to the rains in Madhya Pradesh from the State situation room in the ministry. He also inquired about Anant Chaturdashi festival and arrangements for immersion of Ganesh idols.
CM Mohan Yadav did video conferencing with Collectors and Superintendents of Police. He took information about rain and asked about disaster management arrangements. CM saw the arrangements of immersion of Ganesh idols live in a proper way. The CM directed the officials to stay in alert mode and be cautious. No unpleasant situation should arise. The Chief Minister inquired about the arrangements from the collector of Ujjain, Indore, Jabalpur, Ratlam, Gwalior and Bhopal.
The Chief Minister said that all arrangements for immersion of Ganesh idols should be updated. Stay the entire staff, complete this work till late night. Take extra precautions in the event of rain. If necessary, take people to safe places.
The Chief Minister instructed the collectors to improve flood disaster relief. Said that no one has to get upset due to rain. Keep proper preparation for this. Rescue the affected by the disaster redemption team quick response. Work with all sensitivity and humanity to help flood victims.
