MP Golden Award Sampada: Estate 2.0 software has received a special award due to the National E-Governance Award (Gold). Due to this, the state has benefited a lot.

On the initiative of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the estate 2.0 software launched at the state level on 10 October 2024 has done the work of bringing Madhya Pradesh to the national level. This innovative initiative has received a connectivity with the ‘Gold’ category at the ‘National E-Governance Award’ of 2025. The award is being provided by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievance of the Government of India in the “Government Process Re-Engineering by Use of Technology for Digital Transformation” category.

CM Mohan Yadav congratulates people

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav congratulated the people of the state, Commercial Tax Department, Inspector General of Inspector Registration and the Project and all the officers and employees associated with the project on this achievement. He said that “Estate 2.0 has made Madhya Pradesh a leader in the field of digital land management. This initiative will not only increase transparency and efficiency, but will also provide people without coming to office, providing registration facility in a safe and simple way. This is an important step of our digital and good governance resolution.”

A historical initiative of the department in land management

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Jagdish Deora described this achievement as a historic initiative of the department in land management and congratulated the people of the state. Principal Secretary Commercial Tax Department and Inspector General of Registration and Superintendent Stamp also sent best wishes. Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country, which has started a fully paperless e-region of documents. Out of about 140 types of documents under the Indian Stamp Act, the video of 75 documents has been made possible through K-I-C, in which there is no need to come to the Sub-Registrar Office. This process will also prove to be helpful in reducing impressionation and land disputes.

Digital facilities will lace

Sampada 2.0 has state -of -the -art digital facilities including GIS technology. Now any person can get e-stamp through www.sampada.mpigr.gov.in portal anywhere, anywhere, anywhere. With its mobile app, guidelines of any area of the state can be seen immediately. Estates 2.0 compared to the erstwhile wealth 1.0, the parties and property are identified through the Aadhaar E-Oth and E-KYC, the property details are directly integrated from the concerned department and the formation of the documents is prepared with legal needs. Documents are signed with e-sign or digital sign and are available on email and WhatsApp as soon as the registration is completed. This honor will be awarded in the 28th National Conference on e-governance. The award has been announced by senior officials of the Central Government after a three-level process of presentation, visit to rural areas and confirmation.
