Most of the districts of these three states have been flooded. At the same time, hundreds of houses were damaged due to rain and landslides and people were buried in a pile of debris. In the three states in the early hours of Friday, 14 people died and dozens of people were buried under debris.
1. Punjab
For the last three days in Punjab, continuous rains have created flood -like conditions. Especially in 8 districts including Amritsar, Pathankot, people’s life has become completely busy. More than 250 villages in these districts are filled with water up to 15 feet. The administration has evacuated the people here and brought them to a security place. According to media reports, 8 people have died so far due to floods in Punjab.
Note- The situation is the worst in Punjab, especially in Amritsar, Pathankot, Gurdaspur, Fazilka, Kapurthala, Tarn Taran, Ferozepur and Hoshiarpur districts. According to the Meteorological Department, the situation may worsen here in the coming time, so caution is needed.
2. Himachal
Many districts of Himachal Pradesh also have flood -like conditions, but the worst situation is in Mandi district, where the clouds erupted once again late on Friday night due to which the houses of the people were flooded and the vehicles were washed away. However, no one has died here. At the same time, there is also landslide in Jatog Cantt of Shimla, Himachal. Whose residential building of Karan Army has been threatened. However, it has been evacuated in time.
3. Uttarakhand
In Uttarakhand, rain and floods have kept the situation bad. There are incidents of landslides coming here. 6 people died and about a dozen people are said to be missing due to rain and cloudburst in the early hours of Friday. In fact, the change of bursting occurred in Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Tehri and Bageshwar in Uttarakhand.
Note-The most difficult time is going on in Uttarakhand these days. Excessive rain and landslides in the mountainous districts Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Tehri, Bageshwar have caused frightening conditions. The Meteorological Department has issued yellow and red alerts in these states.
