- Add about 50-60 grams of alum to it and dissolve it well.
- After this, add two fist (about 100 grams) salt in this water.
- Now, open the clothes whose color is to be fixed and put them in this water.
- If you want, you can put several clothes simultaneously. Soak clothes in this mixture for at least 2 hours.
After 2 hours wash the clothes thoroughly with clean water so that the salt and alum are completely removed. After this process, clothes can leave light color for the first time, but later their color will be fixed and will not spread to any other cloth.

After trying this recipe, many times the clothes become strict. For this too, Poonam Deewani has told an easy trick. She says, it is necessary to adopt another step to make clothes soft. Put 2 teaspoons of vinegar in a bucket of water and soak the clothes for half an hour. Vinegar makes the fabric soft as well as makes their color even more. After this, dry the clothes in light sunlight.
