Halcyon, a UK-based restoration specialist, has unveiled a restomod project that reimagines the Rolls-Royce Corniche with an all-electric powertrain.
Limited to just 60 units, the project has already sold out ahead of first deliveries in late 2026.
The debut model, finished in ‘Highland Heather,’ was shown at the Hampton Court Palace Concours of Elegance. Each build begins with a complete strip-down of the Corniche to bare metal, followed by a full restoration of original components to factory condition. From there, Halcyon integrates modern upgrades while retaining the car’s classic profile.
Central to the transformation is the replacement of the original V8 engine with a bespoke electric system developed with Evice Technologies. The setup produces up to 500 hp, over twice the output of the original, and delivers a range of around 482 miles. Adaptive suspension, regenerative braking, and multiple driving modes are included.
Inside, the Corniche restomod features heated and ventilated seats, a premium sound system, and discreetly integrated infotainment. Personalisation options extend from classic-style interiors to more layouts. Exterior changes are also flexible, with features such as redesigned headlights, alloy wheels, or even bespoke seating configurations; one client requested a two-seat version.
Priced from £400,000 (approx. Rs 4.7 crore), each build requires about 12 months, with the first examples expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. Halcyon says demand far exceeded availability, with all 60 slots already reserved.
