Chinese President Xi Jinping himself wrote this secret letter to India’s President Draupadi Murmu. China and India are likely to strengthen relations due to that secret letter. Apart from this, SCO Summit is going to be held in China in the month of September, which will also include Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and will meet him.
