Aam Panna Pre-Mix Makes 5 to 6 servings

- 500 grams raw mango
- 2 liter water
- salt as per taste
- 1 teaspoon black salt
- half teaspoon black pepper powder
- Three-fourth teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Apart from this, 1 cup sugar is required

How to make pre mix?
- Usually grandmothers roast raw mangoes to make Aam Panna. Actually, this also adds a very nice smokey flavor to it.
- At present, to make premix of Mango Panna, cut the mango and put it in a pan and then add 2 water to it and keep it to boil.
- If you want, you can also reduce the water a little. You have to boil the mango until it becomes completely soft.
- When the mangoes are ready after boiling, remove the peel and its seeds and take out all the pulp in a bowl.
- Now add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, white salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder and sugar to the mango pulp.
- Put all the ingredients in a grinder and grind them well, which will prepare a thick blend.
- If you want to make it quickly, then add all the ingredients while the mangoes are boiling and after boiling, remove the peel and seeds and blend it directly.

serving and storing
Whenever you want to serve aam panna to someone, take out two to three spoons of pulp in a small glass. Put crushed ice in it and add some water. Your aam panna is ready. You can put this Aam Panna pre-mix in an air-tight glass jar and store it in the refrigerator. If you want, you can also add a little mint, ginger, fennel to this pre-mix.
