“Eat eggs and then call himself animal lover”

Solicitor General Dushyant Dave said that some people eat chicken and eggs and then call themselves animal lover. He said that this is a serious problem and should be solved. Children are being killed. According to WHO data, 305 people die from rabies every year, mostly children under 15 years of age. Nobody hates animals. Hundreds of dogs have only four toxic. They will not be killed, just separated.

Senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi opposed the order

During the hearing in the case of stray dogs, senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi opposed the August 11 order in which the authorities were directed to keep the dogs in the shelter home. He said that there are incidents of dog bites, but this year no one died of rabies in Delhi. Dogs are bad, but due to this an atmosphere of fear or fear cannot be created.

Kapil Sibal said about temporary ban

In the case of stray dogs, senior advocate Kapil Sibal said in the court that for the first time he heard SG saying “There is law, but it does not need to follow it.” He questioned whether dogs have been properly raised, money was given or a shelter was made? The order is being implemented without any notice and dogs are being raised, but where they will be kept, there is no arrangement. Kapil Sibal said that this is a very serious matter and there should be a deep debate on it. He requested the court to stay a stay on it.
