Supreme Court judges, legal experts and jurists from India and abroad were gathered on the stage. The discussion on the stage was not just about law, but about the living soul of democracy which is full of determination to provide justice to every citizen.
The soul of justice is equality, transparency and humility
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said in his address that getting justice is not a matter of mercy or convenience, but is a fundamental, basic and constitutional right of every Indian citizen. He said that the basic objective of India’s governance system is to protect everyone’s life, food, health and civil rights and to ensure justice and equal opportunities for them. The Chief Minister said, “Era changes, times change, but the soul of justice always remains the same. Equality, transparency, humility and timely delivery of justice is the soul of the judiciary.” He also said that now “the blindfold of the goddess of justice has been opened”, which means that now justice will be given not only impartially but also with a conscious and far-sighted vision.
Indian judicial tradition and legacy of Vikramaditya

Judiciary and challenges of the technological age
