In the Chhindwara Kapha Syrup accident, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reached Parasia and met the families of the deceased children. Sharing sorrow, he said – “This is not yours, I am also sad.” Instructions were given to strict action against the culprits.
Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav expressed deep condolences on the untimely death of innocent children due to consumption of cuff syrup in Parasia in Chhindwara district and taking extremely sensitive steps and canceled all his pre -determined schedule and reached Parasia directly on Monday. He met the families of the dead children and met his house, tied up and expressed his condolences. The presence of the Chief Minister gave emotional support to the bereaved families.
Arriving Parasia and meets bereaved families
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav first reached the Parasia Municipal Council Newton area and met the Khan family and the Dehria family of Belgaon, who lost their innocent children. After this he reached Parasia headquarters and met the Khan family, the Yaduvanshi family of Dighwani and the Soni family of Umreth.
After this, the Chief Minister went to village Barkuhi, where he met the Thackeray family. Then reached the house of the Pipre family in village Sethia and Uike family in village Iklehra. He wiped the tears of the family and said- “It is not just yours, mine and all of us. The sorrow of your children is also mine. I and the whole government are with you in this difficult time.”
The Chief Minister assured that strict action is being taken against all the culprits and no one will be released.

Afreen, a member of the Khan family in Newton region, who was a victim of the accident, got emotional and wept after seeing the Chief Minister. He said, “We could not save our child, but if the hospitalized children are cured, we will get some relief.”
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that this accident is extremely tragic and heartbroken. He assured all the affected families that “everyone will get justice, the culprits will not be spared under any circumstances.” The Chief Minister said that strict action has been taken against the guilty officers today.

The Chief Minister told the family that the state government is standing with them in this hour of grief. No one needs to feel alone. He said, “The government is always participating in the happiness and sorrow of the people. All possible government assistance will be provided to the victim families.”
The Chief Minister directed the Health Department officials that all necessary steps should be taken immediately to ensure that such incidents do not happen in future.
High level investigation and strict action continues
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that a high -level inquiry into the incident is going on and the culprits will not be released under any circumstances. He informed that the administrative team has been deployed to monitor the treatment of admitted children.
He said that after this tragic incident in Chhindwara, drugs manufactured in Tamil Nadu factory have been banned. Also, three officers – Deputy Drug Controller Shobhit Koshta, Drug Inspector Jabalpur Sharad Jain, and Drug Inspector Chhindwara Gaurav Sharma – have been suspended, while the food and drug controller has been transferred.
Action on medical stores and doctors also
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said in a conversation with the media that the government has taken very strict steps in this matter. Along with action on the concerned doctor, strict action has also been taken against the medical store and drug stockist from which this banned drug was sold.
He said that the state government is sensitive and it will be ensured that no such incident happens in future.
Chhindwara MP Vivek Bunty Sahu, Amarwada MLA Kamlesh Pratap Shah and senior leader Sesrao Yadav were also present during this visit by the Chief Minister.
