Vishnu Deo Sai South Korea Visit: CM Vishnu Dev Sai invited South Korean companies in Seoul to invest in IT, Electronics, Semiconductor and Electric Vehicle sector. He gave information about lithium reserves and new industrial policy.
Raipur News: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, during his stay in South Korea, met Advanced Technology Center Association (ATCA) Chairman Lee J Jeng and senior officials during his stay in South Korea. ATCA is a strong industrial network, including IT, Electronics, Semiconductor, Pharma and more than 60 major companies in the textile sector. The Chief Minister welcomed the ATCA delegation and said that the Chhattisgarh government is committed to providing a favorable environment for investors. He invited Lee J Jeng and senior officials accompanying him to come to Chhattisgarh during his upcoming visit to India and directly observe the possibilities of investment and cooperation available in the state. ATCA has shown interest in B2B partnership with Chhattisgarh companies.

Chhattisgarh has national institutions like IIT, IIM, NIT and AIIMS, which provide world -class talent. The state’s ‘plug and play’ infrastructure and strong logistics network makes Chhattisgarh a natural hub of ATCA’s research and development centers and their expansion in India. He said that Chhattisgarh is growing rapidly and industry-friendly policies, abundant natural resources, skilled human resources and strong infrastructure are available. We want ATCA companies come here in emerging areas like IT, Electronics, Semiconductor, Pharma and Textile and set new dimensions of partnerships. This will provide mass employment to the youth of the state on a large scale and local industries will also get new strength.
‘Chhattisgarh is a land of immense possibilities’
Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai attended the Chhattisgarh Investor Connect program held in Seoul during his stay in South Korea, which was organized in collaboration with the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ICKK). On this occasion, the CM said that Chhattisgarh is a land of immense possibilities for South Korean companies. He mentioned that South Korea is among India’s top three steel export destinations and Chhattisgarh, being the country’s leading steel productive state, is ready to deepen this cooperation and provide new investment opportunities.

‘Abundant lithium is available in the state’
The Chief Minister said that Chhattisgarh is rich in mineral resources, which are extremely important for automobiles and electronics industries. Abundant lithium is available in the state, which will help in speeding up EV (electric vehicle) revolution and new generation industries. He said that Chhattisgarh can become a natural center of global energy infection. On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai, while announcing the inclusion of ICCK as a knowledge partner, said that technology, skilling and global cooperation will be given a new direction under Chhattisgarh Industrial Policy 2024–30. He expressed confidence that a new era of development would be written by Korea’s innovation capacity and union of the resources of Chhattisgarh. The Chief Minister also underlined that the Chhattisgarh government is providing support to every investor from “single window clearance” to land allocation, necessary permissions and collaborative policies. He expressed confidence that the participation of South Korea companies will create new opportunities in the industrial scenario of Chhattisgarh and will give a new height to South Korea Indo-India Industrial Cooperation.
