Roasted gram dish

Recently, master chef Pankaj Bhadoria has shared a video on his social media Instagram. In which they have been made five dishes from roasted gram. If you also want to include gram in the diet in different ways, then you can easily follow this recipe given by the chef at home. It is also very easy to make it.
Gram kebab
To make it, grind roasted gram in a grinder and make powder. Grind 1 tbsp of cashew powder, 2 tablespoons of brown onion paste and water. Now 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, chopped normal onion, green chillies, green coriander, grated ginger, salt, red chili powder, salt will add some spices and a little oil. Now add water to it and knead it. Now shape it like a round and round kebab and fry it in oil. Chana kebab is ready after becoming light brown from both sides.
Puran poly
Take 1 cup roasted gram powder. Now put ghee in a pan and heat the light. Now after adding gram powder to it, add equal amount of water to it. After this, mix jaggery powder in it. Now mix it well. Now give a round shape to turmeric dough and fill this mixture in it. Now take it after rolling it like bread. Apply ghee on both sides. Serve with this chutney, milk or curd.
Hammus
To make it, take 1/2 cup roasted sesame. Also, add garlic and water to it and grind it and make a paste. Now add roasted gram powder, oil, salt and water and grind it again. Now put olive oil on it. Hammus is ready.

Litti
You can also make litti from it. For this, first take 1 cup roasted gram powder. Mix mustard oil, salt, finely chopped onion, green chillies, pickle spices, green coriander, grated garlic and ginger and mix. Now fill this paste in the dough dough. Now cook it and deep in desi ghee. Litti is ready to serve.
Gram flour laddus
To make it, take 1 cup roasted gram powder. If you want, you can also fry gram flour by adding a little ghee to the pan. Add sugar powder and water to it. Give it a shape of laddus. Take gram flour laddus are ready.
