Those who have to perform the full moon shraddha should do the work of Shraddha, Tarpan, Pindadan etc. before 12 noon on Sunday, Sunday afternoon, because it is prohibited to do any kind of worship in the sutak. According to the Antyakarma Shraddha Prakash Granth, the time between 11:30 am and 12 in the afternoon is the best time for Shraddha, Tarpan and Pindadan. This is called Kutap Kaal. Shraddha, pindadan performed at this time brings peace to the soul of the ancestors.
