In such a situation, according to Udaya Tithi, Amavasya of Chaitra month will be celebrated on March 19 and bathing and donation will be done.

Amavasya of Chaitra month is called ‘Bhootadi Amavasya’ in folk language. According to religious beliefs, on this day the influence of negative powers or evil and unsatisfied spirits increases in the universe. Worship method of Chaitra Amavasya (Chaitra Amavasya Puja Method
- On the day of Chaitra Amavasya, wake up early in the morning and take bath in a holy river.
- After this, put water, red sandalwood and flowers in a copper pot and offer water to the Sun God.
- Offer water to the root of Peepal tree on this day. Then light a mustard oil lamp in the evening.
- Take black sesame seeds and water in your hand and face south and offer it to your ancestors.
- Finally, donate to a needy person as per your capacity.
