CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd reported a strong performance in the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations surged 29.3% year-on-year to ₹2,878.05 crore, compared to ₹2,227.52 crore in Q1 FY25. On a sequential basis, revenue also rose from ₹2,752.77 crore in Q4 FY25.
Total income for the quarter stood at ₹2,906.30 crore, up from ₹2,260.67 crore in the same quarter last year.
The company posted a net profit of ₹266.87 crore in Q1 FY26, up 10.6% from ₹241.24 crore in the year-ago quarter. However, profit was down from ₹274.26 crore in Q4 FY25.
Expenses also rose significantly to ₹2,542.52 crore in Q1 FY26, from ₹1,925 crore in Q1 FY25, driven by higher input costs and employee expenses.
Profit before tax came in at ₹363.78 crore, up from ₹335.67 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Tax expense for the quarter was ₹96.91 crore, compared to ₹50.64 crore in Q1 FY25.
