– In the petition filed in the court, it has been told that Peter Haag used to ask for expensive gifts from Celina Jaitley and her family. Peter had told Celina that all the Indian grooms he knew received lavish gifts from the bride’s family and demanded expensive clothes, cufflinks and jewellery. The complaint states that Celina’s family had given her several sets of designer cufflinks worth about Rs 6,00,000 and jewelery worth Rs 10,00,000.
– Told in the petition that financial reasons are the biggest reason for this fight. Peter had taken possession of all Selina’s credit and debit cards. He had control over their income and savings. If Celina ever raised questions on his income, he would get very angry. Selina also learned that Peter had sold their joint property in Vienna without informing her.

– In her complaint, Celina Jaitley has alleged that during the honeymoon in Italy, when she told Peter that she was having problems due to her period and she had to go to the doctor, he got angry. Yelled at him and threw the wine glass on the wall.
– Celina Jaitley also told in the petition that Peter had allegedly threatened her of sexual exploitation after the 2012 Delhi gangrape. It is written in the document – Whenever there was a fight between them, Peter would start threatening her that he would insert a rod in her private parts and would tell her that she deserved such treatment. – Celina Jaitley has claimed that Peter considered her nothing more than a sex object.
