Sex work turns out to be more expensive than expected in the Swiss city of Davos during the World Economic Forum. There is a reason for this also. DailyMail newspaper has released a report on another aspect of this week-long conference. A celebrity spent around Rs 1.12 crore for a four-day sex party with five women. A woman told that during these four days, various role-play requests had also come from that person.
Peak season of sex work in WEF
Andreas Berger, head of PR and communications for paid dating app Titt4tat, described the World Economic Forum as “absolutely peak season”. “Demand increases by about 4,000% in this one week,” he said.
The most expensive booking ever on Titt4tat is “Booking five girls for 4 days”. Its total cost is 96,000 CHF (£90,000) i.e. Rs 1.12 crore in Indian Rupees. The report quoted Berger as saying, ‘This does not include any extra expenses for hotel room, restaurant, drinks and gifts.’
Miladys, a Swiss escort agency, told the Daily Mail that booking a single escort costs up to 20,000 euros (£17,000) (approximately Rs 21.29 lakh). Their spokesperson said clients particularly want ‘high-class escorts’ and the ‘girlfriend experience’, which involves accompanying them to dinners, events and social occasions.
“There has been a huge increase in the number of women who are not professional escorts, but have regular jobs, such as schoolgirls. Currently, an American teacher is offering her escort services in Davos,” Berger said. He further said, “There is a lot of demand in WEF for girls who are educated and know multiple languages. Last year, a girl who attended the weekend party of the CEO of a global company at WEF later got a well-paid job in the same company.”
Strange requests for sex parties, role-plays
According to Mylady’s spokesperson, an escort was booked by a man who was a regular attendee of the WEF. His only request was that the girl who came to deliver him pizza should be in sweatpants. The spokesperson said that the man wanted to take off his expensive suit, sit on the floor with the girl, eat pizza and talk to her on completely normal topics.
Another booking was for four hours. In this, a woman had to help a CEO practice his speech. All he had to do was sit quietly on a chair. She had to wear a fancy dress and appear as a spectator and pretend to simply listen to the CEO while he rehearsed his speech,” the agency said.
Berger said the women are hired for extraordinary sexual experiences and are often made to sign NDAs (non-disclosure agreements). “The most extreme dating also involves things like sex parties, crazy sexuality and weird role-play,” he said.
