CCTV footage tarnished the reputation of MP Police, had set out to ruin the life of an innocent student. Mp Police Frame Student In Drug Case CCTV Footage Reveals Truth

MP Police implicated 18 year old student in a false case of 2.7 kg opium. His innocence was revealed by the CCTV footage of the bus in which the police were forcibly deboarding him. After the intervention of the High Court, a departmental inquiry is now being conducted.

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Police implicated a student in a major drugs case by abducting him from a moving bus. The boy’s innocence came to the fore after the CCTV footage of the bus surfaced. 18 year old Sohan, a class 12 student from Malhargarh, was arrested after being implicated in a false case.

This incident happened last August 29. The police caught Sohan from the moving bus and presented him in the court the very next day. The case was made that he was caught with 2.7 kg of opium (drugs). After this he was sent to jail. But, when CCTV footage surfaced, in which about four policemen were forcefully dragging Sohan from the bus without any search, the police themselves stood in the dock.

A team of policemen in plain clothes stopped the bus and took Sohan down. Opium is not visible anywhere in the footage nor is any search seen. All that is seen is that the policemen board the bus and drag Sohan out. The police claimed that they had caught him with evidence, but the absence of evidence confirms that the police were lying.

Sohan’s family approached the Madhya Pradesh High Court. The court called the SP of Mandsaur and sought answers. When the court said that there was no match between the FIR and the CCTV footage, SP Meena retracted his earlier statement in which he had said that the people seen in the footage were not policemen. The SP replied that a departmental inquiry has been started. Now Sohan’s family is eagerly waiting for the court’s decision in this case.
