CBSE 12th exams postponed
CBSE yesterday decided to again postpone the Class 12 examinations to be held in Gulf countries. These examinations were to be held between 12th and 16th of this month. But in view of the current war-like situation, these have been extended. CBSE Board has taken this decision keeping in mind the safety of students and teachers.
Officials have made it clear that new dates for the examinations will be announced later. This decision has affected thousands of Indian students who were preparing as per the pre-determined timetable.
In fact, in the last few days, many Gulf countries including UAE have been attacked by missiles and drones. In such an environment, it is difficult for students to reach the safe examination center. For this reason the board has taken the step of postponing the examinations.
