New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is set to challenge the Delhi High Court’s decision to suspend the life sentence of former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar in the 2017 Unnao rape case. Sources said that the agency has examined the court order and will soon file a Special Leave Petition (SLP) before the Supreme Court.
