Bread and rice gives simple carbohydrates to the body. So you cannot close it. For this, you can consume millet bread. At the same time, you can replace white rise with a Samak (rice eaten in fast).

Surabhi Pareek says that you do not eat wheat bread and eat jowar, millets or ragi bread. If you shift to the millets like this, then the craving of your bread will also be fulfilled and you will also get a nutrition. Millets will help in completing your additional nutrition requirement. At the same time, Rise is not a healthy option for those who have increased weight. In such a situation, Samak rice can be eaten instead of white rise. This will not create craving and nutrition will also be pleasing. Because it contains fiber, protein, iron, calcium, and vitamins, which is a very healthy option for health. You can release these two by including these two in the diet and leave the wheat bread and white rise.
Dietishan says that by replacing wheat bread with millet bread, you can get a nutrition value. But not rice does not have any significant effect on your body. In such a situation, you can leave rice. But if there is still craving, then include Samak Rise in the diet.
