A man allegedly cheated Rs 65,000 from a female fan as Hollywood actor Kinu Reaves. The cheater had allegedly demanded an Indian currency in exchange for coming to India to meet a 69 -year -old elder woman. The daughter said in her complaint that her mother lives alone in Versova. He carried out the incident of great fraud by seducing them in talks and trusting them. On Monday, the Versova police registered an FIR against an unknown person.

According to the FIR, the victim D. Kamat lives alone in Seven Bangalows in Andheri West. His 41 -year -old daughter Sneha B. Lives in London. Mental Treatment is underway for Kamat. He has an account at Canara Bank, where his daughter is listed as a nominee. Kamat’s health is not well, so his daughter handles her mother’s bank account.
Hollywood actor Kinu Reves made contact with woman
A fraudster man contacted Kamat through social media and described himself as Hollywood actor Kianu Reaves. He started talking to him on Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp and said he was going to come to Mumbai to meet him. He said that on reaching India, he would need an Indian currency and asked him to transfer money to his IDBI bank account. Assuming that she is talking to the real Keenu Reavs, Kamat transferred Rs 65,000 from her Canara Bank account to the IDBI account given.
