1. Dharmendra’s right to be cremated with state honors was snatched away.
In 2012, Dharmendra was awarded the country’s third highest honor, Padma Bhushan, by the Government of India for his significant contribution to the film industry. When the person receiving this honor dies, he is given a final farewell with state honours. But the Deol family took away this right from him by performing his last rites in a hurry.

2. Deol family snatched the love from fans
Dharmendra’s fan following was tremendous even today. Ever since the news of his illness came, his fans were continuously praying for his well being. Dharmendra also loved his fans very much and remained connected with them through social media. After his death, Dharmendra’s fans wanted to see him for the last time and express their love for him. But the Deol family has snatched away the love Dharmendra received from his fans for the last time. But Dharmendra deserved tribute from the entire film industry including Bollywood and South. By not keeping his body for the last rites, the family snatched away his right to the tribute from the film industry.
