BTS’ V and Jungkook send ARMYs into frenzy with surprise Instagram LIVE from Los Angeles | See here

New Delhi: BTS’ V and Jungkook delighted fans with an impromptu Instagram Live session on Thursday (July 17), instantly setting social media abuzz. The two global K-pop icons are currently in Los Angeles with their fellow bandmates. They went live from inside a moving vehicle, much to the surprise and joy of their fandom aka the ARMYs.

The broadcast lasted just under eight minutes and was initiated by V (Kim Taehyung), with Jungkook seated beside him. V appeared in a vibrant red pullover and reading glasses, while Jungkook sported a sleek black jacket. The duo didn’t engage in any structured conversation or performance. Instead, they simply soaked in the ride, chatting casually, exchanging laughs and quietly vibing to Darlin’ by Jean Dawson playing in the background.

Despite the relaxed nature of the Live, fans were quick to celebrate their natural charisma and heart-melting visuals. Jungkook was seen giggling, dozing off briefly, and enjoying the company of his hyung, while V’s soft smiles and subtle comments kept the energy warm and casual.

Social media platforms lit up as ARMYs shared their reactions in real-time. One fan wrote on X, “Every time I see him my heartbeat raises… how he manage to be so dam hot everytime goodness gracious.” Another commented, “Feeling so lucky that I get to join this live.” A V admirer also noted, “He’s choosing a lot of pretty colors these days.”

The surprise appearance came just days after a chaotic yet heartwarming livestream session earlier in the week, where V, Jungkook, RM, J-Hope, and Jimin had connected with fans through both Instagram and Weverse. That interaction had already ignited a flurry of excitement, and their latest broadcast only fuelled the fire.

Currently, all seven BTS members, including Jin, who is wrapping up his RunSeokjin Ep. tour, are believed to be stationed in the U.S. The group is expected to remain there for the next two months to focus on recording their highly anticipated comeback album.
