BTS J-Hope Didn’t Get ONE, But THREE New Tattoos, And It’s Dedicated To ARMYs – Know About What Hobi Got Inked

BTS member J-Hope took up the GO! challenge, on the next track by rookie band CORTIS. He dropped a video dancing to the viral hook step on his TikTok.

But, the clip flooded social media in no time for a different reason. J-Hope aka Hobi had accidentally revealed his new ink which he had been secretive about until now. And much to the shock of ARMYs who assumed his new tattoo is a “Hope” written on his left thigh, he’s infact got not one, but 3 new tattoos!

Jung Ho-Seok seems to be following the footsteps of his bandmate Jungkook who keeps adding new tattoos to his body art. While JK proudly wears his full arm tattoo, Hobi seems to be slowly increasing his count too. In the video that he posted over the weekend, while his smooth moves are as catchy as ever, eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice that giving a sneak peek through his shorts are 3 tattoos which form a phrase. While on his right thigh he got, “I’m your” and “You’re my”, the left thigh completes the line with a bigger text of “Hope”. I reads “I’m your Hope, You’re my Hope” J-Hope’s catchphrase.

ARMYs get emotional

J-Hope’s new tattoo is highly personal and dedicated to the ARMYs, leaving them emotional. It symbolises how he lives for his followers to spread positivity, for aptly being called the “sunshine” of BTS who brings smiles and brightens up the faces of his fans with his energy.

One fan emotionally wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “I can’t believe he actually tattooed those words.” Another one said, “He is so cute. He won’t get his ears pierced, but he will get tattoos. I love it.” A fan reacted, “hobi having more tattoos than yoongi was never on my bingo card hdhshsbajsbbsbs” One comment read, “Okay I knew I wasn’t tripping!!! Ahhh I absolutely love this.” A second one added, “He’s really so much cute love him so much.”

J-Hope, V’s now deleted photos

J-Hope’s new tattoos are presumably by celebrity tattooist Dr. Woo who had previously given the entire septet, their iconic “7” group’s collective ink to represent their brotherhood and bond. Dr. Woo had recently posted now-deleted two clicks with J-Hope and V from his Los Angeles studio forcing many to wonder whether the two BTS mates got new tattoos. While J-Hope’s reveal now makes perfect sense, V’s ink and which body part he got it, still remains a mystery. Many fans think V’s design is inspired by the poem King which he once posted to Instagram. More confirmation is awaited.
