She was working in that company for four years, also overtime, trained new people and worked on low salary in the bad times of the company. But when his brother got married and asked for 15 days leave (the marriage was in the US and had told him three weeks ago), the company said that either don’t go to the wedding or leave the job.
She decided to quit the job and now she is asking if her decision was wrong. He did everything for the company, he felt that the company would understand, but it did not happen.
