In the wee hours of Tuesday (IST), the 26-year-old famous model-entrepreneur took to his Instagram story and shared a lengthy note, accusing his parents of trying to sabotage his marriage to Nicola Peltz, staging “endless attacks” on “privately and publicly,” and putting “Brand Beckham” ahead of all other family values.
In the note, he further added that he has no intention of reconciling with his parents. “I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life,” a part of his statement read. He further added, “I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life. For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family.”
“As much as this sounds crazy and unhinged, everything Brooklyn said in his statement is true,” a source close to the family told Page Six.
