Bridgerton Season 4 Part 2 plot: What to expect from the finale?

Season 4 draws inspiration from An Offer From a Gentleman, the third novel in Julia Quinn’s beloved book series. Benedict Bridgerton, played by Luke Thompson, finally confessed his feelings in the midseason finale. However, his proposal shocked Sophie.

He asked her to become his mistress, convinced he was offering the best possible arrangement within society’s rigid rules. Sophie, portrayed by Yerin Ha, reacted in silence, then ran away. Whether she accepts his offer remains the central question of Part 2.

Complicating matters further, Lady Araminta Gun moves in next door, stirring tension for Sophie. Meanwhile, Francesca Bridgerton faces her own romantic crossroads with Michaela. And of course, Lady Whistledown’s sharp pen will dissect every scandal.
