Box Office – The Paradise Crosses Major Milestones in Just Six Days

Nani’s latest film The Paradise has crossed several notable box office milestones within its first six days of release. The film has reportedly collected more than Rs 100 crore net in India, while its worldwide gross has moved past the Rs 150 crore mark. The figures place the SriKanth Odela directorial ahead of several previously released Hindi films in the reported six-day collection comparison.

The Paradise Moves Past Rs 100 Crore in India

According to the figures cited in the report, The Paradise had reached an estimated Rs 101.50 crore in net domestic collections by Wednesday. Its India gross collection stood at around Rs 120 crore after six days.

The film opened strongly at the theatres, earning approximately Rs 34.65 crore net on its first day. Collections then settled into a lower but relatively steady range over the following days. The second day brought in around Rs 14.90 crore, while the third day recorded approximately Rs 15.25 crore.

On the fourth day, the film registered a collection of about Rs 15.70 crore. However, the momentum weakened considerably on the first Monday, when its reported collection dropped to nearly Rs 5 crore. Despite that decline, the film managed to cross the Rs 100 crore net mark in India.

Worldwide Gross Collection Crosses Rs 150 Crore

The overseas market has also contributed significantly to the film’s overall box office performance. By the sixth day, The Paradise had reportedly collected around Rs 30.50 crore from international markets.

With approximately Rs 120 crore gross from India and Rs 30.50 crore from overseas markets, the film’s reported worldwide gross stood at around Rs 150.50 crore.

The overseas contribution has therefore played an important role in pushing the film beyond the Rs 150 crore worldwide milestone. The report also states that the movie was running across approximately 5,772 shows on its seventh day.

Comparison With Several Hindi Releases

The reported six-day figures put The Paradise ahead of a number of Hindi films when their respective box office performances are compared on the basis of the figures mentioned in the report.

In India, Laal Singh Chaddha had reportedly earned around Rs 46 crore net in its first six days. Vikram Vedha had collected approximately Rs 53 crore, while Samrat Prithviraj had recorded around Rs 52 crore during the same period.

On the worldwide gross front, The Paradise has also moved beyond the reported six-day or comparable figures associated with films such as Tamasha, Zero and Thugs of Hindostan. The figures cited for those films are approximately Rs 85–90 crore, Rs 138–142 crore and Rs 145 crore, respectively.

A Strong Start Despite Mixed Early Response

Directed by SriKanth Odela, The Paradise reportedly received a mixed response during its opening phase. Its box office journey also showed noticeable fluctuations, particularly after the strong opening day.

Nevertheless, the film has continued to attract audiences and has now reached a significant commercial milestone within its first week. Its domestic performance, combined with the overseas contribution, has helped the Nani-led project build a worldwide gross of more than Rs 150 crore.

The latest figures suggest that the film’s performance will remain an important point of discussion as it moves beyond its first week in theatres. However, its eventual box office total will depend on audience turnout and collections during the coming days.
