Bounce in real estate sector! Companies sold property worth 53,000 crore in 3 months

These days, big real estate companies are selling their property indiscriminately in the country. The recent data shows that within 3 months, 28 big real estate companies of the country have sold properties worth about Rs 53,000 crore. During this period, Bangalore -based company Presties Estates have sold the most. According to the stock market data, the total joint sale booking of these 28 listed real estate companies in the first quarter of the current financial year stood at Rs 52,842 crore.

In terms of sales booking, Bangalore-based Prestas Estates Projects Limited was at the forefront of the April-June quarter of FY 2025-26, which was pre-booking Rs 12,126.4 crore. At the same time, the country’s largest real estate company DLF Limited made a pre -booking of Rs 11,425 crore, in which the luxury residential market of Gurugram has played a major role. Apart from this, Mumbai’s real estate company Godrej Properties registered sales booking of Rs 7,082 crore during the April-June quarter of the current financial year, while Lodha developers have sold assets worth Rs 4,450 crore.

These companies also sold property

Delhi-NCR real estate company TARC Limited sold assets worth Rs 225 crore. At the same time, Lucknow’s Aldacco Housing and Industries Limited pre-booking Rs 221.11 crore and Max Estates Limited pre-booking about Rs 220 crore. Bangalore-based company Embassy Developments Limited has sold property worth Rs 198 crore in this current finance-year quarter.

Ahmedabad -based company Arvind SmartSpace Limited sales was Rs 175 crore. Talking about Mumbai companies, Arihant Superstar Limited sold property worth Rs 150.6 crore. Arcade Developers Limited has sold assets worth Rs 142 crore in just 3 months i.e. in April-June quarter. Apart from this, Ajmera Realty and Infrastructure Limited has sold Rs 108 crore and Suraj Estate Developers Limited has sold property worth Rs 81 crore.
