Blinkit to deliver iPhone 17 in 10 minutes starting September 19

New Delhi: Blinkit has added iPhones to its list of 10-minute deliveries. Starting September 19, the instant e-commerce platform will allow customers to order the entire iPhone 17 lineup directly from its app. The move means that the latest iPhones could land at your doorstep almost as quickly as groceries or daily essentials, at least if you live in one of the supported cities.

The announcement was made on Blinkit’s social media channels, confirming that it has again partnered with Unicorn Infosolutions, an authorised Apple reseller. This collaboration has been running for three years now, starting with the iPhone 15 in 2023 and continuing with the iPhone 16 last year. The iPhone 17 launch now makes it a regular feature of Apple’s big sales day in India.

iPhone 17 in 10 minutes on Blinkit

From September 19, Blinkit users can search for the iPhone 17, iPhone Air, iPhone 17 Pro, or iPhone 17 Pro Max on the app and place their order. The company hasn’t shared exact delivery times for iPhones this year, but looking at previous launches, many buyers should receive their devices within minutes of checkout. All colour options are expected, though final availability will depend on stock.

Blinkit described the effort as a way to bring “instant access” to the latest Apple devices on launch day. Unlike waiting in line at an Apple store or scheduling a delivery on larger e-commerce platforms, the Blinkit model leans on its hyperlocal supply chain to make same-day delivery feel more like same-hour delivery.

Cities where the service is live

The 10-minute iPhone delivery is currently limited to a handful of metro cities. Customers in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru will be able to order through the Blinkit app. The rollout may expand later, but for now, the company is focusing on these high-demand markets.

To sweeten the deal, Blinkit has confirmed that customers will be able to access bank discounts, cashback, and EMI options on select credit cards. The finer details of these offers are yet to be disclosed, but they are expected to mirror the deals usually found on other platforms.
