Carrots contain very little fat and protein. 100 grams of raw red carrots contain 41 calories, 89 percent water, 9 grams of carbs, 2.7 grams of fiber, 0.1 grams of fat, nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin K, Biotin and Potassium. Apart from this, antioxidants like beta carotene, alpha carotene and polyacetylene are found in red carrots.
