Bikram Assembly Election 2025: Bikram Vidhan Sabha is a prominent and politically sensitive seat in Patna district. The region has seen many political ups and downs in the last ten years. Important thing: Siddharth Saurav defeated independent candidate Anil Kumar by a huge margin of 35,460 votes. The total voting percentage was 58.57%. This victory proved to be a milestone in Siddhartha’s political career and brought new hope for the INC.
Note: Six criminal cases are registered against 12th pass Congress leader Siddharth Sourav. His total assets are Rs 3.58 crore and he has no liabilities.
2015 elections: strength of grand alliance
Siddharth Saurav also won the Bikram Assembly elections in 2015.

- Siddharth (INC)- 94,088 votes
- Anil Kumar (BJP)- 49,777 votes
Note: The margin of victory in this election was 44,311 votes. The strength of the Grand Alliance (INC + RJD + JDU) ensured Siddharth’s victory and kept the Bikram seat safe for the Grand Alliance.
2010 elections: BJP’s strong comeback
The electoral scenario in 2010 was completely different.

- Anil Kumar (BJP) – 38,965 votes
- Siddharth (LJP/Congress)- 36,613 votes
Note: This victory was a sign of BJP’s growing influence. The victory margin was only 2,352 votes. The total voting percentage was 61.65%.
