In the previous video, the woman was seen refusing to vacate a reserved seat inside an AC coach despite not having a ticket.
The confrontation began when the TTE approached the woman and politely asked her to move to an unreserved coach, as she had no ticket for the AC compartment. “You don’t have the ticket. I am asking you to leave from this reserved seat,” the TTE can be heard saying in the video. However, the woman responded aggressively and accused him of harassment. The official, maintaining his composure throughout, is seen urging her not to create a scene and repeatedly asking her to produce a ticket.

“You claim to be a teacher in a Bihar government school, yet you travel without a ticket. How does that go?” he asked during the altercation.
The video has sparked outrage among netizens who have demanded strict action against the woman for threatening a railway official on duty. Many users praised the TTE for staying calm despite the provocation.
The Indian Railways has not yet issued an official statement but the videos have reignited discussions around passenger misbehaviour and staff safety on trains.
