New Delhi: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will close the Bihar State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2025 application process today, September 27. Candidates can apply for Bihar STET 2025 through the official website, bsebstet2025.org.
For the recruitment of teachers at secondary and higher secondary levels, the Bihar STET exam is conducted. Paper 1 is held for secondary teachers, while paper 2 for senior secondary teachers.
Bihar STET application fee
The Bihar STET application fee for candidates who belonging to the general, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Backward Classes (BC), Extremely Backward Classes (EBC) categories is Rs 960 for paper 1 orpaper 2 and Rs 1,440 for both papers. The Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) category candidates need to pay Rs 760 as the application fee for paper 1 and Rs 1,140 for both the papers.
As per the eligibility criteria, those applying for secondary level posts are required to have a BEd degree along with a graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant subject, with at least 50% marks. Aspirants who have studied integrated courses such as BA-BEd or BSc-BEd can also apply.
For the higher secondary level, applicants must have a PG and BEd degrees, with a minimum of 50% marks in both.
