Prior to Bihar Assembly Elections 2025, the coordination of 8 parties in the Grand Alliance is almost decided. Vikas Human Party leader Mukesh Sahni said that seat sharing will be announced by September 15 and Tejashwi Yadav will be the Chief Minister of the Grand Alliance.
The grand alliance has now become fully active in the preparations for Bihar Assembly Elections 2025. Between the speculation on the ongoing discussions about the seat sharing, the founder and prominent leader of the Developing Human Party (VIP) Mukesh Sahni clarified that a final decision will be taken on this soon. He said that all the parties in the Grand Alliance are moving forward with full consent and there is no difference of opinion regarding electoral coordination.
Announcement will be done by 15 September
Sahni said that the chairman of the coordination committee constituted by the Grand Alliance is Tejashwi Yadav and will make the final announcement regarding the seat sharing. He said that it is our best effort to formally announce the seat sharing by September 15, so that all parties and candidates can get firmly in their respective areas.
Detailed discussion on seat sharing continues
The VIP chief said that the Grand Alliance constituents are constantly holding meetings on district -wise equations. Mukesh Sahni said, ‘We are discussing every seat deeply. It is being seen that on which seat will benefit from which party or candidate will benefit and the possibility of victory will increase. Recently, talks on this issue have continued during our different visits. Therefore, there is no problem or dispute like anywhere.
Strength of alliance more than seat
Mukesh Sahni added that his party’s demand is known to everyone, but he has always emphasized that only the number of seats is not important in the election. According to him, the important thing is that the grand alliance united and give a tough fight to the BJP-JDU alliance. This fight is of ideology and future of Bihar, the number of seats is not a bigger thing than that.
Tejashwi Yadav will be CM face
Speaking on the strategy of the Grand Alliance, Sahni reiterated that the upcoming Bihar assembly elections would be fought under the leadership of Tejashwi Yadav. He made it clear that Tejashwi is not only the common Chief Minister of the Grand Alliance, but he is taking care of the entire process of seat sharing. Sahni also said that there is no confusion or dispute among the parties regarding the post of Deputy Chief Minister and it will be announced at the appropriate time.
Symptoms of 8 parties fixed
The Grand Alliance currently consists of 8 parties and it is believed that everyone’s coordination is almost formed. According to sources, after the preparation of seat sharing is ready, the formal stamp is yet to be taken. Political observers believe that only after its announcement, the Grand Alliance will be engaged in taking its election strategy among the public and creating an atmosphere through public meetings.
